Right now, for items found in multiple chapters I simply have a note obs that says a defect or improvement was found blah blah blah and see the cuz chapter for more details. I will snap the pic and maybe make a note when doing the actual inspection, but then back at the office I need to move the pic and note to the chapter where it has been referenced to.

For exanple: I am in the kitchen, and I have sections for each kitchen specific item like dishwasher, appliances etc. but I also have a section called Switches and Receptacles. I find a receptacle in need of GFCI. At the inspection, rather than fumbling with my phone to navigate to the Electrical chapter, I simply take the photo in the Kitchen chapter but then have to move it later. This saves time at the inspection, but adds time at the report writing. I really, SW would simply do that for me.

Maybe this could be done with something like an "add reference" button that, when pressed, opens a pop up window to allow the user to navigate to the section of the report to be used. There could be a text summary of an already written comment that could be selected so the user doesn't have to remember if its something like HVAC-1, HVAC-2, etc.

Maybe the "tags" will do some of this -- but I agree, I put "see also" in one or two of my comments in almost every report, and it would be nice to be able to link to it if it didn't take too long
